Anchovies in the oven

ANCHOVIES IN THE OVEN

Ingredients:

1kg. anchovies

1 teaspoon oregano

1 cup of olive oil

Juice of two lemons

Salt, pepper

Directions:

Clean anchovies, cut off the heads, wash well. Place the fish on a baking tray. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Pour olive oil, lemon juice, a little water. Preheat oven to 180°C.Bake  for 40 — 50min.
