Baked Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese

BAKED POTATOES WITH BACON AND CHEESE

Ingredients:

1kg of potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

150gr Bacon cut squares

100gr gruyere grated

100gr kefalotyri grated

100gr regkato grated

Salt, pepper

Directions:

Wash well and peel the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in salty water until tender. Then place the potatoes on a baking tray and break them with a fork into small pieces. Pour oilve oil, season with salt, pepper, paprika and mix well. Put on a baking tray cheese, Bacon and mix with the potatoes. Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake the potatoes with cheese for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
