Fish Soup



1- 1 1/2 kg fish  (sea bass, cod )
1 onion
1 large tomato
3-4 carrots
5-6 potatoes
1/2 bunch celery
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice


Peel and cut potatoes and carrots into cubes. Peel and chop the tomato and onion. Boil the vegetables in a pot until soft. Then, remove the vegetables in a salad bowl and put the fish to boil into the broth. Once the fish is ready, take it out on a plate and strain the broth.  Make sure that there are no bones. Add some vegetables to the broth, mash in a blender and pour into the pot. Then add into the pot the rest of the vegetables, the fish and olive oil.
Serve hot with freshly ground pepper and lemon juice.
