Linguine with Chicken



500g linguine

2 chicken breast fillets

1 onion sliced

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon curry

1/2 cup white wine

1 tablespoon flour

1 cup milk

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup milk cream

Parsley, finely chopped

Salt and freshly ground pepper


Cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil on a non-stick saucepan and sauté the onions and leeks for 3′-4′ until softened. Add the garlic, chicken, sprinkle with curry and continue to saute until chicken changes color. Add the wine and wait until the alcohol evaporates. Turn down the heat and cook the chicken 4′-5′. Add milk and flour, Parmesan cheese and milk cream and continue to mix until nice sauce.

Meanwhile cook linguine  in plenty of water 10′-11′. Then put in a saucepan with slotted spoon and mix well. Serve.
