MEATBALLS

Ingredients:

1kg. minced pork and veal mixed

2 onions, grated

250gr. of bread without crust

2 eggs, beaten

Mint, finely chopped

Oregano

Salt, pepper

Flour

Milk

Olive oil

 

 

Directions:

Soak bread  in milk and then squeeze it well. Place the two types of meat (pork and beef), grated onion, chopped mint, bread, eggs, oregano, salt, pepper in a bowl.
Knead the mixture and form small meatballs round or flat. Coat the meatballs in flour and fry on all sides in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve the meatballs with fried potatoes.
