Ragout of Beef with Potatoes

RAGOUT OF BEEF WITH POTATOES

Ingredients:

1kg. beef

500g. potatoes

5-6 tomatoes, grated

Red wine

1 onion, grated

2-3 bahari

Salt, pepper

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Margarine

Directions:

Saute the onion and cubed meat  with margarine for half an hour. Then pour in the red wine and wait to evaporate. Add the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, bahari, water and simmer until meat is tender. Then add potatoes coarsely chopped. Simmer until tender.
