Stewed Leek

STEWED LEEK

Ingredients:

1  kg of leeks

3 onions, grated

5-6 tomatoes, finely choped

1 teaspoon tomato paste

Olive oil

Salt, pepper

Sugar  (a little)

Directions:

Clean the leeks well and cut into pieces. Stew onion and leeks until golden brown. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, sugar, salt, pepper. Stew for about 5 minutes and then add some water. Simmer the leeks until tender.
