Tortilla with Homemade Gyros



500gr pork (blade or haunch)

2 onions finely chopped

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

3 tablespoons olive oil

6 tortillas

1/3 bunch of parsley finely chopped

5 radishes cut into slices

Grated lemon rind

Salt, pepper


Wash meat, dry it with towel paper, cut into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add onion, ketchup, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper. Mix well, cover the bowl with a film and place it in the refrigerator for 2  hours. Then cut  meat into very small and thin slices. Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Put pieces of meat with marinade in the pan and saute for few minutes over high heat until roasted. Put a lot of meat on each tortilla. Add a little finely chopped onion, parsley, grated lemon rind. Garnish with slices of radish.
